But I've been so confused about the theories on Six being the Lady of the Maw. Someone help me out here. I really thought Six became a part of the cycle (this seems to be a recurring theme in the games) not in the literal sense but because they already had an insatiable appetite at the end of the first game that they had no choice but to follow in the steps of the lady, luring the guests of the maw to drain them eventually.

And then there's this photo.

So wouldn't the children's names sort of symbolize their roles

Six became the sixth lady but there is only one Mono
