me and my friend are doing a 3 day fast tg starting tmrw and it’s so motivating. usually it’s so hard for me to fast, but making it into a sorta competition makes it sooo much easier.

14:30 - went on the bike burnt 119 c4ls. the bike disconnected from my ipad halfway through the workout which is so annoying! i feel like i had more in me but I had to stop :(
17:20 - went to a cafe with my mum and brother and ordered something dumb. i feel kinda gross. I have no idea how many c4l0r13s it was so i'm just going to estimate it as (600), for fear of underestimating it. also had a lemonade (40)
For dinner we made pizza, and I have no idea how many calories that was bc it was homemade, just to be safe i'm going to estimate 800, but i did not eat the whole thing. i also had about 50 calories of fruit and a glass of champagne
god why can't i just say no to food?

Today I 4t3 ~ 300 c4l$ ( I think I 4t3 less but I'm not absolutly sure ) and I walk all the afternoon with someone I really like. I had to pretend that everything is fine and this person doesn't see anything about my health and stuff like this. I think I want that he realize it so bad.. I want some approuvement sometimes.. I don't drink a lot today because I was outside and I forgot my bottle but it's okay !

42.5 hours in and I just got sick * . * I feel a lot better now so I’m not breaking my fast quite yet, but I’m doubting I’ll complete all 93h.. I set it as that many hrs because it’s the most ideal fast I’d like to do, but I haven’t done a fast longer than 3 days in wayyy too long, and sadly I’m struggling a bit physically.. not even 48hrs in T . T but at the VERY least I’ll make it to the 48h mark, anything less is pathetic and I’ll be even more of a disappointment.(I would never talk to anyone else like that btw, only to myself lol)
